“Delightful location within very easy walk of the city centre, would happily stay again.”
+The room was extremely comfortable, and even though we were only there briefly we could see that the rest of the house was very pleasant as well.

+The property had a beautiful old English charm to it. Set right in the city, it was close to all sightseeing points and the Bath station. The staff was lovely and super helpful. Loved our stay overall❤️

“Ok”
+It was a lovely building that looked nice.
−The breakfast was very disappointing, we have very different definitions of a continental breakfast, no meat, cheese, bread or fruit yoghurt. I had do send the toast back because it was little more than warm bread. The room was in need of some maintenance but was quite nice. I found the Lady at check in a little officious.

−Lady on reception was a bit over fussy on arrival. Bathroom not the cleanest but acceptable.
