“A quaint huge room in the old bandaleros museum in old town Ronda”
+This is a quaint hostel accommodation in a huge private room in the former Bandaleros Museum in Ronda. Unbeknownst to me when booking Ronda accommodation six months early, accommodation was at premium due to the evening bullfight and horse and carriage show the next day. My accommodation provider cancelled on me the day before my planned visit and I was very grateful to find this room at this accommodation instead. The room was clean and comfortable and in a fabulous location in the old town within walking distance of everything. The host was able to communicate promptly to assist my access to the hostel, with the room manager unable to speak English but Google Translate got us through that without problem.

−everything. the walls are as thin as paper, there was no electricity for hours, the shower leaks everywhere, the stove doesn’t work, it’s freezing i had to wear my jacket inside and sleep with 4 blankets, it’s not clean at all, i found a worm in the second shower.

−English Version: Our experience at this accommodation in Ronda was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Below, I detail the main issues we encountered: 1. Poor management and confusing location • The accommodation’s location was not clearly indicated on Booking or other websites. It was difficult to find, and after arriving around 5:30 PM, we repeatedly called the person in charge without getting a response for over an hour and a half. • When we finally managed to contact her, she informed us that she was in Málaga and that we would need to wait another hour and a half for her to arrive. Once in Ronda, she made us wait an additional 15 minutes at the door. • For future travelers: the exact address is Calle Armiñán, number 65, although even this doesn’t resolve the poor signage. 2. Lack of basic amenities • Upon arrival, we were offered two rooms, but one of them did not have towels. We were assured there were towels in the room, but upon searching the next day, there were none. • When we tried to shower in the morning, there was no hot water because the water heater was not working properly. “Very cheap and quite quiet but rooms not very comfy”

−It was freezing, windows very draughty - there were a couple of small thin extra blankets in cupboard but it was still.v cold. More blankets please! Plus bathroom floors were wet through all the time

“Si por el precio te vas a quejar, no vengas! Si sos un aventurero y querés economizar, es para vos!”
+Este es el comentario que va a resumir todos los demás comentarios...empecemos esta historia: Si sos un guerrero 🪖, aventurero, que te bancas todas y no te molesta hospedarte en un lugar medio pelo...este lugar es ideal para vos! La ubicación es excelente. Tenía balcón hermoso (hecho pedazos pero yo salté muchas veces y no sé cayó) y lo mejor que tenía alta vista a una iglesia. Otro aspecto positivo es que tenía una cocina bastante equipada, un lavadero con un lavarropas reventado pero que andaba y una azotea para colgar la ropa. La habitación 7 puntos, tiene detalles en las paredes pero por el precio no te podés quejar.
−Es una pensión...hay gente viviendo ahí y no son muy amigables, se sienten invadidos... La limpieza era cero, fatal, pero a mí no me importaba demasiado. Los baños son compartidos pero era algo que ya sabía.
