+The room was nice, and the bed was comfy. had everything we needed for our 2 days
−The TV was old and required 2 remotes; maybe upgrade to a simple smart TV. Also, there was a lot of noise directly above us from 730 to 10ish both mornings that kept me awake; it sounded like housekeeping

+The location is excellent, close and accessible to everything on foot. The rooms are beautifully designed. The staff is welcoming.
−Considering the price we paid for the room, the breakfast was meager and disappointing.

“Good spot but sort out your WiFi or don’t advertise it as being a facility.”
+Location just off Duval. Good breakfast in the courtyard.
−Poor WiFi in room 8, it dropped off every 2-3 minutes, I pointed this out twice during our five night stay but nothing improved and nobody explained or apologised. The staff are obviously aware of it but showed a lack of care or interest.

+The location is great, the room is clean and cozy.
−The doors are old and hard to open. And the lady at the reception was rude to us..

“Great location, nice historical building”
+Great locations, helpful staff. The breakfast was good and the bed is comfortable. Also we were in a room with a huge tree in the bathroom which was really cool!
−No available parking nearby but the staff does help you with it

“Key west Charme hotel”
