“Cheap and ok for a short stay, but avoid rooms on the ground floor.”

−We were given a different room from the one we booked - a twin instead of a double, on the ground floor, with no window. It was damp, and could not be ventilated. There were issues with hot water. Soundproofing was bad, we could hear very well every time people using the bathroom upstairs and everything happening at reception. The room size was noted to be 25 m², but in reality it was only about 4 × 4 m plus a tiny bathroom.

“Lovely place, quiet area and helpful staff.”
+We arrived to the property pretty late as our train arrived past midnight but we let them know and they were waiting for us and check in was fast and efficient. The room is not very large but you can move around well. We were on the ground floor and there is no window, but a door to the courtyard (there are rooms in the upper floor too). It's very quiet. You only hear the birds (there are some birds in cages in the place and they sing beautifully, especially in the morning) Breakfast is different every day and it's super yummy. There are always eggs, jams, bread and fruits. And tea or coffee (for the coffee lovers, go for the tea, unless you like instant). We always had it in the terrace and it was a joy as it's a lovely place. It's a short walk from attractions and in a back street, so central but hidden and quiet. Easy to locate once you have a few landmarks and the staff are extremely helpful. They sorted our transport to Khiva (we got a private car) much cheaper than any agency and they were always eager to help.

+Great accomodation! I really felt very well taken care of during my entire stay. The price is reasonable for a big room with a large bed and A/C, and also including a fantastic breakfast! The location is walking distance from the old town (about 15 minutes) and there are small shops within 5 minutes. I would like to especially mention the lady at the reception, who really took care of all my needs. Every day, I could let her know at what time I would like to have breakfast the next day and it would be served on the terrace super punctually! I could also drop off my laundry at the reception in the morning and got it back washed and folded the same evening, for a very reasonable fee. Great service, thank you so much! 🙂

+Отличное местоположение, доброжелательный администратор! Вещи можно оставить до заселения и после освобождения номера. Завтраки вкусные, подаются на веранду. Номер очень чистый и красивый (нам дали трехместый), в трехместном на первом этаже были кресла и стол, что очень удобно. В номере чайник, принадлежности для чая и для душа. Очень рекомендуем этот отель!
−Слабо работает wi-fi в номере на первом этаже, ТВ его вообще не видел.
