“We made the best of it and the other residents were very thoughtful. They were surprised too.”
+Breakfast was good that I fixed, however if the other families had used the kitchen, there weren't nearly enough dishes or room. They bought paper plates etc. and glasses.
−I thought that i was renting a cabin not a hostel, so I thought that the pictures of the common area were all in the cabin. Also there needed to be a couple chairs and a table in the room we were in. I was surprised to be sharing the refrigerator with the other families. And their were at least a couple of things out of order. The back yard wasn't accessible,

+Friendly and safe
−Please get pest control. I went to use the microwave to open the door and there were three roaches in it

“Great stay”
+Warm, clean, and safe.
−There is no sign outside to drive past three times. And when it rains my things got wet.

“Good Cheap easy, quiet area”
+The people were really friendly and helpful about the surrounding area. They told us about 1st Monday a 450 acre flea market, which made our last day pretty fun. We enjoyed the adventure. :) Having a shared common area was interesting. Everyone seemed to get along pretty well but we mostly just slept there. We enjoyed the interactions with other residents but it is a factor to consider... Mostly adults there for work etc...
−Some maintenance issues need to be addressed and their booking system indicates that you can pick which rooms your in but apparently you cannot.

“I would not recommend staying here”
+Some of the people who were longer term tenants were friendly and kind.
−I really wanted to like this place because the price was low, but unfortunately, I feel like I didn’t even get what I paid for. The women’s bathroom was in terrible condition, one toilet wouldn’t flush, one of the sinks didn’t work, and the shower was extremely dirty and didn’t drain properly. The shower temperature couldn’t be adjusted because there was no knob, just a wire sticking out where one should have been. The atmosphere was also a bit off. Some of the permanent residents gave off a strange vibe, although a few people were genuinely kind and friendly. As for the sleeping arrangements, the top bunk was uncomfortable and so close to the ceiling that I nearly hit my head. The blanket on the bed was covered in animal hair, which made me question whether it had even been changed after the last guest. The towels provided were also very thin and worn out. Overall, even though the rate was cheap, the cleanliness, comfort, and overall condition of the facilities were so poor that I can’t recommend staying here.
