“Great stay, welcoming host, will definitely be returning in the future.”
+It was in a great location for what we needed. We stayed in the family room and it was lovely. The beds were comfortable and I had a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of options. There was continental as well as fried breakfast available. I felt like the food was locally sourced which was great.
−I would’ve liked a few more options for fried breakfast. Eg scrambled eggs on toast or eggs Benedict. In our bathroom, the sink took a while to drain away so it was hard for us to use the facilities as I was worried we would cause the sink to overflow.

“High quality experience and value for money”
+Superb breakfast ,the whole place was outstandingly clean and the attention to detail was exceptional . Roomy bathroom ,excellent shower ,soft towels .Good parking.
−Road quite noisy ,think diversion causing lot of lorrys. A warm night so needed window open ,good double glazing if window could be shut .Bed too soft for our personal preference (but bedroom very nice and access to iPlayer ,Netflix etc )

“An ideal stop-over for our trip to Cornwall”
+Graham must be one of the best-organised B&B owners in the country. He seemed to think of everything. Our room was large and the bed comfortable. Everyone staying at the Old Manor House seemed to descend for breakfast at about the same time, though Graham and his staff coped with great aplomb. They don't offer an evening meal but do offer suggestions for local dining. We were able to walk to one of the pubs mentioned, where we enjoyed a good meal.
