+Very cosy one room holiday flat in the centre of Coventry. The pub opposite is a bit noisy, but OK. Some items in the kitchenette and bathroom were broken or missing. Altogether a very pleasant stay.

“Awful room was not like the picture or discription”

−The corridors smelt so bad enough to make me reach, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, it was clearly student accommodation. Very disappointing stay to be honest was glad to leave.

+Excellent, central location. Clean room.
−Entry areas, corridors and room are dated and in need of a refresh. For example, bathroom flooring is peeling from the walls. The room isn't hugely light and the towels pillows and mattress are a little soft.

+I like the story behind the property and the location
−I did not like how unsecure the main front door is … the latch is extremely loose and flimsy … and sometimes the front door is open completely and can be opened without putting in the code. The ability to turn heating on within the room wasn’t available their is also a considerable amount of bird poo within the window frame which was unpleasant to find.

“We walked straight back out and found another place to stay.....awful.”
+Absolutely nothing. The place is awful and nothing more than 'Student Flats'. Strange smells and a poor level of cleanliness. Don't be fooled by the photo's. Great location might tempt you to go for it. Honestly, find somewhere else.....it's awful. Shouldn't be allowed on the Bookings website. Said my bit...!!

+The property is situated in the city centre with easy access to the historical sites and plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby.
−It was a standard double bed with one side pushed against the wall, this made it awkward for one person to get in and out of bed. The room was very warm with a window that could not be opened. As general information and It didn’t bother us but there are two stories of stairs up to our room. It may be a struggle for people with disabilities.

+Boa localização próximo a restaurantes, ainda que um pouco distante da estação de trem. Quarto de bom tamanho com utensílios de cozinha. Esquema de check-in por códigos (sem chave) funcionou bem.
−Acomodação não tem elevador e não há equipe no local (o que é devidamente avisado). Não era possível abrir a pequena janela do quarto. Proximidade com bares ocasionavam um pouco de ruído, apesar de suportável e não durar até muito tarde. Horário de check-in poderia ser mais cedo. Não tem onde guardar bagagem.
