“Great stay for the price. Ideal for solo traveller. Short walk to the train stop.”
+Great price for the room, not far from the tram store. Didn't see anyone in the building the whole time I was there. Room was clean & basic but suitable
−No major issues but a fan would of been nice as some nights in august it does get a little hot.

“Good Location with the Basics”
+Above all, a fair affordable option for Lisbon in the summer. The room had a nice window and the bathroom was only shared between 3-4 other rooms. The location is close between two different metro lines (red and green) making for easy transit. Good communication with staff.
−As they say, you get what you pay for, the room was basic, but comfortable if not for it being summer as there was no AC or fan, it left for some hot nights.

“Really liked the amenities and the convenience of the nice and clean flat.”

−The walls were pretty thin, and bed was outdated but overall very good for the money and place.

“Lovely hosts but room lacking necessities.”
+The hosts were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The bath/shower was good.
−No facilities whatsoever to make a cup of coffee or get a glass of water, or have a sandwich in the room. No kettle and not a single plate or cup. This would have made the 5 day stay much more pleasant. Also the bathroom was having some urgent structural repair the first morning of my stay, so although limited to one day, it was noisy and I couldn't use the bathroom facilities.

+Die gute Anbindung an die Metro und allgemeine Lage ist tiptop. Das Zimmer ist minimalistisch gehalten, hat eine gute Größe und auch genügend Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten. In dem Zimmer war es aufgrund der Temperaturen sehr warm, aber da ein Ventilator mit im Raum steht ließ es sich wirklich gut aushalten. Die Person vom Personal mit der ich einmal zwischendurch sprach war sehr hilfsbereit und alle Fragen ließen sich direkt und ohne Probleme klären.
−Im Bad schimmelt es an mehreren Stellen. Zudem sah es so aus, als wäre es maximal oberflächlich gereinigt worden. Das Kopfkissen und das Innenleben des Kleiderschrankes hat nach Schweiß gerochen, woraufhin ich mich gefragt habe, inwiefern das Zimmer selbst gereinigt wurde..

“Très bon établissement”
+Chambre très propre La cuisine qui permet de préparer des repas.
−Les problèmes avec d'autres locataires Ne pas toujours faire confiance aux "on dit" des autres, ne pas prendre pour vrai les paroles des uns ou des autres ! Voir directement avec la personne concernée Merci Et attention à la remise des clés pour la fin du séjour qui m'a posé problème !

“J'aurais pu dormir dehors ...”
+Le site booking pour régler les litiges
−J'avais réservé 5 MOIS en avance, et payé 9️⃣3️⃣ euros pour 5 nuits. 1 semaine avant mon arrivée la dame m'envoie un message sur booking pour me dire qu'elle s'est trompée et qu'il faut payer 2️⃣8️⃣0️⃣ soit 🔴PAYER LE TRIPLE‼️🔴, elle me dit que j'ai du recevoir un mail de booking. Comme je n'avais rien reçu je lui demande des explications... AUCUNE RÉPONSE ‼️ mais je reçois à la place un mail de booking à 18h30 la veille pour me demander de payer 280 ou d'annuler gratuitement dans les 30 minutes...🤯😡 Voyant le mail trop tard je la recontacte, elle me propose de PAYER EN CASH sur place...💀🤡 Bref j'ai renvoyer des mails à booking et fait la démarche pour les litiges et je devrais récupérer mon argent bientôt 🙌 Évidement je ne recommande pas, si on fait une erreur alors que le client déjà payé on assume....

+Tive um pequeno problema com o primeiro dia no local, que já foi prontamente solucionado no dia seguinte pela responsável. Agradeço a disponibilidade em ajudar com a situação. Limpeza impecável.
−Acho que pode se pensar em um ar condicionado portátil para a época de calor. Mas a limpeza é impecável e tudo muito bem organizado. A responsável sempre responde as dúvidas. Recomendo.
