+Help-yourself mode for check-in. Washing machine equipped. Hot water after swimming is a remedy for relieving muscular tensions. Cost-performance super great. The sea nearby is not famous but crystal clean, you can see shoals of fish by a 5 min walk from the b&b.

“Appropriately priced”
+This place has everything you need. When I arrived, it was spotless. The owner let me in early, which I really appreciated.
−Unfortunately, it also has critters. In the evening, the cockroaches came for a visit. And this is likely because of the neighboring properties which have a bit of a smell to them. Not an easy place to ventilate.

“Perfetto soggiorno”
+Everything. I stayed for two weeks here, the hosts were super nice and helped me with some last minute issues checking in and out of the appartment. The village is calm, everything of essence nearby (supermarket, etc.). The places to eat nearby were good too. Extra close to the train station, and nice beaches around:) The room is big, and so is the bathroom, everything was clean. Kitchen was a real plus to have during my stay.
−Walls were thin, and on some nights when the other room in the house was occupied, I couldn't sleep until 1-2am. Other than that everything was good!

“there was no one to let me in. So no stay..no staff...no hostel/name sign ...no mothing. no nothing”
+nothing (edit: I did contact oikos with my complaints- no reaction.
−No reception, No staff, No SIGN ""here is the hostel"" no nothing and no-one. I tried for 2 hours ringing the bell and knocking te door and asking the neighbours if they know about this hostel or hostel owners...but no one knew.Really bad and i went to hostel plan B: Francesco Gemelli with his agriturismo. And all there is one big plus. !! Thanks to Francesco Gemelli!! edit: i took pictures of the place to prove i was at the right time at the right adress

+All basic needs catered for, but nothing more than that. Host very punctual and helpful.
−There was a repelling damp smell of mould in the bedroom, found it hard to sleep in that stench.

+Avere a disposizione l'intero appartamento, apprezzato molto gentilezza della signora che mi ha fatto trovare una colazione alternativa
−Purtroppo la stanza da letto non aveva finestre esterne quindi il caldo umido ha creato un ambiente dove proliferano insetti, purtroppo ho avuto molte fastidiose punture non so se fossero pappataci o altro, la signora mi ha detto che non è colpa della casa ma della campagna circostante, infatti anche in cucina c'erano formiche. Questo inconveniente ha reso il soggiorno meno piacevole di quello che sarebbe stato.

“SOGGIORNO TERRIBLE”
+L'unica nota positiva del nostro soggiorno è stato il ristorante che si trova di fronte
−Questo soggiorno non ci è piaciuto ma per di più non ha funzionato praticamente niente. 1° siamo saliti da mare e nn c'era acqua calda infatti doccia fredda per tutti 2° la casa è tempestata dalle formiche sono ovunque anche nei letti 3° ci sta una puzza di fogna per tutta la casa che rende quasi impossibile respirare 4° ci è stato detto che una stanza aveva il condizionatore portatile ma in effetti è un semplice ventilatore vecchio malfunzionante 5° I letti sono scomodissimi 6° abbiamo provato più di 10 volte a contattare il proprietario telefonicamente per avere qualche supporto ma siamo stati praticamente ignorati e addirittura il telefono ad un certo punto risultava fuori posto
