10.0“Lovely stay at a beautiful house in an amazing location.”
+The house is beautiful, the bed was comfortable, the dogs are very cute, and Doc was extremely friendly and welcoming. There's enough going on within walking distance of the house that we didn't have to drive anywhere.
−No complaints!

9.0“Perfect place for my weekend trip to Denver!”
+I had the room with the balcony, which was very nice. The house is old, but very well maintained and cozy. The location is great, close to so many great restaurants and interesting places. Doc and Judith were amazing hosts, along with their two pups!
−There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

10.0“A well earned reset and or a much-needed recharge I feel”
+What I loved about this property besides the location, which is ideal for the individual that likes to do a walkabout and explore 0.5 miles from the downtown area, but the local boutiques and fanfare. The B&B is it’s a place where you will find yourself deeply and grossed in something that we could all appreciate these days. Silence it gives you the ability to recharge and reset oneself. The proprietors, of the well kept secret jewel of a B&B warmly greet you upon arrival. They will show you where your stable be meaning which means you are assigned to where the lavender dual terry cloth super soft robes are located within your room, towels, etc. The bass upstairs is a Victorian, deep set fair cloth, porcelain bath, and if you forgot whatever necessity like conditioner, shampoo, etc. they have it. Conversation between myself and the proprietor with absolutely refreshing and not intrusive. Breakfast was not on a timetable but yet asked what time I would prefer if I chose to have breakfast would be at so there’s no rush to a lobby here. A beautiful table set with a plethora of fruit in abundance from pineapple all the way to farm grown giant blueberries, which were personally my favor
−To be honest with you, there’s nothing that I disliked about this property. It is a B&B that is in an updated Victorian built in the 1800s. 2.0“I wanted to love this place but the fact that they gave away my room and private bathroom sucked.”
+Doc was very friendly, he stayed up late for my arrival. Lucy was an adorable dog. The house was very unique.
−They gave my room away, which included a larger room and a private bathroom. They put me in a smaller room with a shared bathroom. I ended up switching hotels.

3.0“An uncomfortable stay.”
+I gave a 3 because the husband did assist with something that made me uncomfortable.
−The first thing I noticed was a bad smell and it was very strong in my room, as well. The room was okay, but there's dirt along the walls and it needed to be dusted. There were a few hairs in my bed that I cleaned off. I then noticed that there is an internal window above the bedroom door and this made me really uncomfortable. It is ABOVE the door so not something to easily see in, but I still found it uncomfortable to have an internal window that I can't cover in a house where I don't know anyone. I called booking.com first and they essentially said they will send an email and ask about letting me leave with a refund, and recommended I speak with them myself. I went downstairs to do that and spoke with the husband about the window and mentioned the hair and told him I wanted to leave and he asked who they're going to rent the room to, they can't do that, he'll protect me, etc. Then said we need to ask his wife. She offered a half refund, but I can't afford to just lose money like that so then they offered me a new room. The husband came up and put paper over the window above the door for me, which I appreciated. The room was larger and smelled better, but also was not clean. There

9.0“You'll be entertained, and in a good way”
+Judy and Doc are terrific. Breakfast was great every day. Location is in a cool indie neighborhood with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and music venues.
−Hot water took a while to turn on, but you get used to it.
