−Public car park was unlit, as was the walk to the hotel from there.

“Fine as near the airport but overshadowed but a disastrous dinner”
+Nice building, cool art
−A bit tired, mold in the shower in our room, some of the areas smelled a bit damp, we had hair in two out of five main dishes served at dinner

“Relaxing, 5 star experience. Thank you team ⭐️”
+The staff, room, food was amazing. Was met with a very polite lady on reception who couldn’t do anymore for me. After being shown to my amazing room I booked into the restaurant and had a delicious steak finished with homemade sticky toffee pudding.
−Nothing to dislike.

“Very disappointing experience - poor communication and handling of a cancelled booking”
+n/a as hotel cancelled on the day
−Extremely disappointing experience after my confirmed booking was cancelled at 2:57pm on the day of arrival. Despite the hotel stating that my refund had been made that day, Booking.com subsequently had to contact them to confirm I had not stayed before processing it. The last-minute cancellation, poor communication, lack of meaningful apology and no goodwill gesture made this a very poor customer experience.

“Very enjoyable stay.”
+Novel decor, themes and rooms.
−Some public areas a little tired and dusty cobwebs hanging from the room ceiling. Parking can be challenging.
