“Gorgeous views of ocean and waterfalls”
+Oceanus has the most stunning views of the ocean and waterfalls. If you are visiting Flores, you should stay at Oceanus for this reason. The bed is comfortable and the small house has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The hosts are lovely and helpful.

+The apartment was very clean and well-appointed with a great layout and comfortable bed. The host left us beautiful goodies which was very much appreciated, and she was extremely kind, communicated extremely well and answered our questions quickly (and gave excellent recommendations). The star of the show was the location which is one of the most beautiful locations I have ever stayed in...those views!!
−The bathroom's condensation is extreme, making the floor wet. I'm not sure if anything can be done about this (the bathroom itself is beautiful).

+Excellent hosts, friendly, quick to reply to any questions and gave great recommendations for restaurants on the island. Property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay on the island. Property is in great location with ocean, hiking trails and waterfall within short walking distance.

“A truly magical place between the ocean and towering cliffs with waterfalls. Definitely a must-visit.”
+We stayed in a very pleasant little house with everything necessary. You can cook if needed. Andrea is a wonderful host. Even though she was on other islands, she was constantly in touch and helped us with everything we needed. She even called to check whether the grocery store was open so that we could make it there in time to buy food. In general, all the people on this island seem like one big family. It feels like everyone knows each other and is ready to help with any questions. The house was very clean. Waking up with a view of the ocean and falling asleep to the sound of the waterfall is something incredible. The waterfall is not loud at all , you can hear it in the distance and it creates a very pleasant background sound. If you have sensitive sleep and are worried about noise, you don’t need to worry , you will sleep very well. One of the most beautiful things was the starry sky. I think you will hardly see so many stars anywhere else. With the naked eye, the entire sky is filled with bright, shining stars. Not far away there are a couple of restaurants with delicious food and a small grocery store where we found everything we needed. They even had some local homemade prod
−The only thing to be prepared for, in my opinion, is the humidity. Since the house is located right by the ocean, you need to be especially careful after taking a shower because the hot water creates a lot of steam on the tiled floor, and it becomes very slippery. Personally, I would probably add some floor mats there because it’s easy to slip and hurt yourself. Another option would be to place a dehumidifier in the bathroom, since drying towels in such humidity is quite difficult. But this is a very minor downside that exists purely because of the location right by the ocean.

“Endroit magique pour profiter de Flores”
+L’environnement autour du logement est tout simplement magique. Nous y avons passé 4 nuits et c’était parfait pour profiter de Flores. Le logement était très confortable et très propre. De plus, les propriétaires ont leur propre agence de location de voiture, ce qui est super pratique (ils ont tout géré pour nous). Ils proposent également des sorties bateaux pour faire le tour de l’île ou aller sur Corvo, nous avons fait les 2 et c’était génial.
