“Amazing stay”
+The WC at the room and the fridge and microwave was really useful

“Room 3 STAY AWAY.”
+Location is subjective, we chose as it was within 15 to 20 minute walk of ADO bus station, Walmart, Americas Mall, Tulum Street and RI R2 Bus to Hotel Zone , beaches and nightlife.
−Very Disappointing specifically ROOM 3. Its basic but a dozen things sub standard for even budget accommodations. FIRSTLY toilet never flushed , ever #2 MOLD , Significant ceiling in bathroom #3 Found no effort to clean walls with previous misquito or fly kills, quite disgusting and unnecessary. #4 Loose toilet seat. Could be quick fix tho not a priority obviously. #5 No towel bar. Brought to their attention, not fixed during our stay #6 maybe picky , but not one courtesy package of coffee , nor any mugs. We went and bought our own! #7 Towel rotation not frequent , waited a week with damp dirty towels , at a beach town, with no changes. This really is a health issue for most b&bs! Only 2 towels, 1 hand towel, no face cloths and one bath mat. 2 people VERY CHEAP. WE bought our own towels at Walmart , to have a chance for towels to dry. #8 Posting stated a Court Yard View...NO view, window faced wall 10 feet from our unit...BAD advertising. I think you get the picture... #9 Extreme dust build up above fan on ceiling, very noticible , never cleaned ! Normally quite generous in our reviews, but this one room was not up to visitor standards.

+El lugar es pequeñito pero tenia casi todo lo necesario , la cama era comoda y el lugar y la zona me eran muy convenientes

+Excelenete ubicación, lo recomiendo, muy tranquilo, no hay ruido, tienes un café cerquita y a 15min caminando llegas a una plaza gigantesca con de todo.
−Aunque el transporte público no pasa, puedes caminar o tomar un taxi por menos de 3 dolares para llegar a la parada más cercana y cuando llegué para el check in la llave no estaba, tuve que esprar unos 20 min, pero fueron muy amables.

“Heureusement il ne se résume pas au logement”
+L'emplacement a proximité de la vraie vie mexicaine et non du bling bling de la carte postale,stationnement voiture sans souci et gratuit.
−Studio très mal insonnorisé,voisins qui se croient seuls)clim non fonctionnelle contrairement à celle du voisin qui est juste sous la fenetre et qui tourne toute la nuit,wc a peine fonctionnel à notre arrivée on nous demande de ne pas jeter le papier toilette dedans,la blague,et aucun changement de draps,serviettes,papiers,ménage en 10 jours....et un cafard 2 jours avant notre départ!
