“I would avoid this hotel.”
+Location seemed nice.
−Check in was horrible. We were a few minutes before check-in and the desk agent wouldn’t even look up from what he was reading. Just said our room wasn’t ready. The parking lot was completely empty, no cars at all. We could see no housekeeping carts out. We asked again and now he said our room was being cleaned - without even asking our name. Then we asked for a different room. Now he says they are full even though we are 20’ away from a sign that says “Vacancy” and Booking showed rooms available. After 50 years of vacation travel, this was the worst service we’ve ever encountered. We walked away, lost our one night deposit, and found something more welcoming.

“Absolutely Perfect!”
+This place is an absolute jewel! The staff was friendly, welcoming and fun. The room was extremely clean and well appointed. We loved the furniture from Thailand (?). There was even a cute little electric fireplace. The coffee maker and coffee were upscale and they even provided real half&half! There were real ceramic cups and aluminum wine glasses. There was a separate step up room for the second queen bed providing extra privacy. The little balcony was perfect and the Ocean View was absolutely amazing.
−Nothing. Every thing about this hotel was better than we could hope for, and the price was more than reasonable!

“They should let their guest know to stay upstairs for privacy and views as there were many rooms available !!”
+Ocean view..but we should have gotten the 2 ND floor room as the walkway is right in front of the picture window and we had no privacy or the ability to open the picture window to enjoy the ocean sounds.
−The property is dated ..but still was nice enough.
