+We had the 1st floor in the A building #A3 Which was probably as close to the beach as you can get out of all the units which overlooks the walkway to the beach and it was beautiful and you could hear the ocean 24 hours a day next time we would try to get the one above as we only had a partial view..
−It is an older place, some items in the unit need to be updated. But there was nothing broken and we had a very good time And would return again especially if we could get the same room or one above.

Did not care for arriving to find dead and semi-dead roaches laying around, a deck that was never brushed for tree debris with chairs that were clearly dirty. When pulling out the coffee mugs for coffee one morning, one cup was coated with dried-up moldy contents which we brought to the office, along with mentioning the other complaints stated here. The bedroom had a closet you could not open, the other closet had no doors or shelves and the backing was make-shift particle board and some old piece of used board painted black. Spiders in ceiling corners, cobwebs you would walk into unaware they had materialized again from the night before.

+Distance to the beach was a close walk. The kitchen area was a good size.
−Some of the lights didn’t work, cobwebs on the walls, and the pool closed pretty early which made it hard to choose between beach or pool days.

“A great value for your buck!!!”
+The location of Ocean Pines is excellent. The amount of space in the condo was incredible for 2 people. The beach is awesome! We made most of our meals and found everything we needed to do so.
−The bed was not the most comfortable. Our washer did not work, and we did not find this out until the last day when we absolutely needed it. There were so many cobwebs on both of the balconies. We did not have a broom in our Unit so we could not clean these up. There used to be a mat to walk on to enter the beach. It was replaced with a different accessory this year. It was not long enough, so it was a struggle entering and exiting the beach with all of our gear. Our main tv in the living room is now set up for streaming only. We did not know this, so we were unprepared. We could not get any local channels at all.

+Excellent location with direct beach access next to a lifeguard stand! Loved the washer/dryer in the carport so that towels could go directly in the wash from the beach instead of into the condo first. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary utensils, pots and pans, etc...The bathrooms had plenty of towels. I also appreciated that the office gave us a page to write down any "non emergency" that needed to be fixed in the condo to turn in when we left. Just seemed very forward-thinking of the property management.
−We didn't have any major complaints. Access to some folding chairs, floats, or boogie boards for the beach would have been an added bonus that you sometimes find in beach condos since they are difficult for travelers to bring with them from afar.
