“lovely apartment, very clean we would be happy to stay again.”
+The rooms were very clean. We loved having a verandah where we could sit and look at the sea. We couldn't get down to the sea due to the rain however, that did not worry us. In the kitchen there were plenty of dishes etc. The apartment was well supplied.

“A bit disappointing but we enjoyed it.”
+The view. The location was good, over the road to the beach and close to Surf Club.
−The unit is in need of updating. Renovations on the unit above us was very noisy. Obviously an ongoing sewerage problem with the smell in the lift.

“favourite place to stay on this part of sunnycoast.”
+stayed here a few times and found checking in and transporting luggage to room simple. some places are just horrible with staff hijacking lifts etc. size is to my liking with a separate bedroom, every room has a balcony with an ocean view, showers are powerful and well sized and kitchens functional. location is excellent with simple walks to restaurants, the surf club and local nightlife. fishing off the beach at the front is also pretty good. nothing to dislike, is clean but showing age.
−happy with everything really, just little signs of wear and dated. fundamentals good.

+Good location, close to the beach and surf club. Walking distance to shops and restaurants at Mooloolaba. Helpful hosts.
−Ironing board cover a bit grubby .

+Great Location and views
−There was a very strong garbage smell in the elevators and outdoor areas, that was unavoidable. Taking out the rubbish was also not something we wanted to be doing on holidays.

“Not impressed definitely not a four star hotel.”
+Location and the check in staff were quite nice.
−The bed was terrible, so terrible we didn’t stay the second night. The room needs a lot of attention. Nothing like the photos on Booking.com. The floor covering in the main room is coming apart. The kitchenette had chips in the cupboard doors and benches and dust over the stove top. The shower had good pressure but the cubicle was so small if you bent over you would hit your head on the wall. Stains in the carpets and over the lounge. The light outside in the walkway shone through the bathroom window lighting up the whole room. The car park was not to suited for larger cars. Tried to contact Booking .com and the property and still no response from either. The office on the grounds never seemed to have anyone there.
