“Didn't even stay, that's how bad it was”
+Nothing, the place was so bad and unsafe that we ended up leaving and staying somewhere else
−Everything was terrible, nasty is a more appropriate word, we lost money because of your policy at booking, which might effect if we use your company to reserve rooms in the future, your company should be partially responsible for advertising for places like this, you need to do a little checking on the property before renting to someone, don't just use the photos that they send you, this place was nothing like advertised,

+Beautiful view, cleaner than I expected, and great location! When I opened the door it smelled so fresh and the bedding looked fresh and white, a little stained in places but still clean. The bathroom was clean and smelled sanitary. There was a nice little TV, open wifi, and the air-conditioning worked very well, icy cold. The mini fridge was clean and cold, there was a microwave that worked fine and was clean even though it was very much in need of replacement. I didnt use the coffee pot but it looked fine, it was one of those that uses the disposable pods. I staid on the 3rd floor so the balcony view was pretty sweet and the hotel basically sits right on the beach.
−The hotel wasnt as nice as the pictures, it needs a lot of repairs and could use an update but my biggest worry was the way the front door locked, very loose and the key kept sticking. There's a lot of water damage that needs addressing, all of the doors were hard to open and shut from wood swelling. I did see a roach but I hit him with a shoe and didnt see another for the whole weekend so It could have came in with someone else. The pillows were pretty flat so I would bring my own for the next trip. The pool water looked clean but it could definitely have used vacuuming out from all the sand on the bottom. Over all a good pressure wash and some updates and repairs could turn the place into a very nice hotel. I would stay there again, people were friendly and everything was clean and worked, its not so bad for an affordable beach front.

“Absolutely terrible”
−Roaches, bed bugs, rooms not clean or secure, nobody ever in the front office or answering phone calls. Terrible experience. I stayed for about 4 hours before I decided I couldn’t doing it after moving a piece of furniture and watching 10-20 roaches crawl out from it. Still haven’t received a refund as of a week later…

“BOOKING.COM KNOWS BETTER”
+Nothing about this hotel is to be liked the staff is very unfriendly me and unprofessional there are times where there's no one in the office for hours or does not return the phone call from the number that is on the door. It's old it's molded it stinks the walls are brown... The washcloth and towels they gave us have a smell to them... The walkway for the beach is grown up with grass and trees so you have to walk through all that stuff and also the pool was locked up and couldn't use it everything about this hotel was FALSE HOPE AND BOOKING.COM KNOWS BETTER THAN THAT

−The maintenance man was drunk and started banging on our door at 12 am when I answered the door. He said this room is suppose to be empty. Very unprofessional

−We wrote a request for cancellation of my room reservation and a full refund due to serious safety and health concerns that were reported to me by family members who arrived to check in. Upon arriving at the property, they observed individuals outside the hotel smoking marijuana and visibly carrying firearms, which immediately raised concerns about the safety of the environment. After inspecting the room, they also found roaches, mold, and doors that did not lock properly. Based on these conditions, they determined that the room was not safe or suitable for occupancy. We tried to reach out to the hotel. They will answer the phone, not say nothing or don’t answer at all.

+The beach access was nice
−It was extremely dirty. There were chips and hair in my bed when I pulled the sheet down. Not to mention the slug that was in there too. It was small but, a SLUG? In the bed? The shower curtain was covered with mold, the towels were dirty. The covers on my bed had tears in them and had a sticky feel to them. The furniture was so dusty and I couldn’t shut the bathroom door. There was no WiFi. We had to call for someone to even unlock the lobby door. The man couldn’t even unlock the door for us to go through. There was someone smoking weed on the property and cops were also called around 2:30am because of some sort of disturbance involving other occupants. We were uncomfortable and felt unsafe. The pool was so green and dirty looking that we didn’t go in. My 5yr old was very disappointed about that part. He brought his goggles and was excited for a pool because he doesn’t like the saltwater in the ocean. We were so disappointed.
