−The staff there are constantly complaining and trying to con you for money for stains on the sheets that are the same sheet's that have been used for the past few years since I first went there and I am sure that hotels b&bs room etc should be prepared for this sort of thing I got a little bit of mascara and red wine on the sheets and they complain and I am sorry but it's not the first time this has happened and friends I know that have also booked here had the same situation they are just trying to get money out of you now I am sure you are supposed to have fire alarm/smoke alarms by law in individual room's well not 1 smoke alarm in any of these rooms but they want to moan about mascara on their bed sheets.

+Got what we've paid for. Good room size and good bed size as well. Somehow, close to tottenham hotspur with lot's of stores open even late at night.

−My stay was terrible. The house smells strongly of cigarettes, and the guests in the other rooms do not respect the rules. One day, another guest even left the front door open. The bathroom smells bad. It is not worth staying at this property.

“Never ever staying at this place 🫡”
+Literally I can't say one thing good about the place honestly anyone who come around here will say same thing.
−Starting from coming in a busy road, room number 5 at the front of the house had no good blinds. The windows didn't keep the wind out, so it was really noisy. The bed frame was screwed on with two screws on each side and moved as if it would break after a while, squeaking with every move. The floor was the same, squeaking, etc. The toilet upstairs is a nightmare; I have photos of this place, it's disgusting to even clean your hands there. It was said no smoking, but we smelled smoke in the room. On the first day, someone was making noise around 4:30 AM and woke us up. The same happened the next day with banging doors, etc. It's insane, I never ever want to stay there. It wasn't really cheap choice either, so avoid that at all costs!

“Suficiente si quieres un lugar para dormir y ducharte a buen precio.”
+El barrio, bonito y tranquilo, con una parada de bus casi delante y opciones varias para llegar al centro; pese al ruido de los coches y de las paredes finas, la cama y la temperatura de la habitación nos permitieron dormir muy bien.
−El baño era compartido y en Booking no dice nada a respecto ni hay foto de este (con las prisas ni me di cuenta); además estaba mal cuidado, aunque en general parecía limpio y siempre había papel. Se fumaba dentro pese a que dijera explícitamente que no se podía: la habitación olía a tabaco y se sentía que en las otras habitaciones también fumaban. La cocina es un poco destartalada y siempre había restos de los demás, por lo que ni la usamos. Como al rato de llegar nos increpó la chica de abajo por el ruido que hacían nuestros pasos, por causa de la estructura de la casa, nos pasamos la estancia de puntitas y con miedo a molestar; en otra habitación, en cambio, daban golpes sin paracer muy conscientes de ello. El checking a las 16h es demasiado tarde, aunque es cierto que nos ofrecieron adelantarlo a las 14h; el de salida a las 10h, también muy pronto (solo hay 5 habitaciones pequeñas y no se justifican las 6h para limpiar, aparte de que alguna parecía ocupada siempre por la misma persona). Y que nadie te reciba, de primeras, es muy frío.
