“Dark dingy room, constant humming of extractor fan outside room.”
+Location good, on high street of Conwy, the only good thing about room.
−Difficult to find: expected parking as advertised on booking.com, no parking, had to park on street some distance away: greeted by tea room staff who were friendly and a little embarrassed: Room dark, dingy, no natural light, small window looking out on a yard, blind did not function properly, expected it to break: old worn TV remote: an extractor fan from the room below humming all night, located just outside of room in corridor, could not sleep with constant hum of this fan: booked 2 nights for £158, only stayed 1 night. Text owner to say I was not happy and going home after 1 night - NO reply, very poor unprofessional attitude. Will make official complaint to Booking.com for a refund or part refund.

“Great cozy stay in Conwy!”
+Check-in at the cafe next door was easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was on the 3rd floor of quite an old building, but the room itself was modern and clean! Excellent and cozy layout with coffee machine, bathroom with shower. No fridge, but was fine for my overnight stay! The room is listed as a Bed and Breakfast but only includes a complimentary tea or coffee. Breakfast is an additional charge but very delish! Great selection of fresh cakes and hot meals.
−My stay was in winter and the heating in the room was working, but needed additional blankets to keep warm. The occupants in the next-door room were extremely loud all night slamming doors and running up and down the stairs. Not sure if they were tenants or travellers.
