“Aged and poorly maintained property, decent size and good location but better value at nearby chain.”
+quaint, decent sized room
−POOR MAINTENANCE: mold around tub, shower handle came off, tub/shower diverter stuck in shower mode, no exhaust fan in bathroom, windows inoperable so no way to get fresh air into room. Expected better quality breakfast food for this priced hotel, hot oatmeal barely lukewarm. Low value for the price vs nearby competition.

−⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. We arrived for our reservation and were told there was an issue with our room, so we were relocated to The Tillary Hotel. We were told by the front desk that we would be able to stay there for the duration of our trip, only to be told the next day that we had to pack up and move back to NU Hotel. Although Uber transportation was provided, it did not make up for the inconvenience and disruption of having to switch hotels twice during our stay. The communication was poor, and the front desk staff showed no compassion for the situation. We understand that issues happen, but this was handled poorly and added unnecessary stress to our trip. The lack of care and empathy from the staff was extremely disappointing. I would think twice before booking here - this was too stressful to deal with.
