+The host Davit is an amazing person who puts all his effort into your comfort and helps in any way he can. Each morning he prepared beautiful, filling Armenian breakfasts which were different each of the 5 mornings we spent there. Our room was beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable, with a fridge and cute balcony with 2 table and chairs. The ensuite toilet and shower worked well with endless hot water. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location close to hiking trails, supermarkets, and everything you need in walking distance. Thankyou Davit.

+This small guesthouse is located fairly close to old Dilijan district, just a 15 minute walk downhill (feels very steep coming back). The owner was accomodating and let us leave our bags near the reception when we went sightseeing.
−The property needs a good cleaning, a lot of maintenance and some renovation, specially the bathrooms (very old and moldy). The room was smaller then stated (36m2) for the 'deluxe triple room' and it smelled musty. The breakfast included is not worth it.

+Majitel nás velmi vřele přijal, pokoj byl útulný a snídaně výborná. Dům na klidném místě a v dochozí vzdálenosti do centra.

+La struttura si trova appena fuori dal centro del paese su una strada sterrata. David è veramente molto accogliente e disponibile . La struttura ha un piacevole giardino curato.
−Il bagno è davvero molto essenziale e la colazione un po’ troppo industriale seppur abbondante.

+Belle maison bien située avec chambre confortable et spacieuse donnant sur les montagnes alentours. Hôte charmant, sert de magnifiques petits déjeuners chaque jour différents.

+Our stay at Nran Hatik was fantastic! The room was truly beautiful: the light coming trough the unique windows is very inviting and the balcony offered a view of the greenery and mountains. Everything was very clean and the bathroom was perfectly fine (neither the size nor the water temperature was an issue, so we can't exactly understand the previous guests sentiments). Comfortable rooms and amenities are luckily found fairly easily (relatively speaking) but what is far rarer is an exceptional host. To say he is a warm person is an understatement, the effort that goes into making sure his guests are comfortable and happy is felt and seen everywhere - from the breakfast, to the little talks and guest rooms. We are grateful to have chosen this lodging and would do so again without reservations! Come and see for yourself the authentic hospitality Armenia has to offer.

+Главное достоинство этого места , очень удачное расположение и невероятно радушный, заботливый хозяин, который окутывает домашним теплом. Жилье довольно простое, а завтрак скромный, но для непритязательных путешественников, которым важна локация и душевное отношение, этот вариант подойдет идеально. Спасибо за гостеприимство!
