“Stay was good overall”
+Staff were respectful , property was clean, location was excellent
−There was a small warning poster in the bathroom mirror edge asking people to close the door while showering so as not to trigger the fire alarm with steam or face a 1500$ fine If alarm goes off!, Such a small hidden poster for such a big fine! It should be in big print by the bathroom door. I only saw it like day 2.. The swimming pool was lovely but we could only enjoy one day as there was too much chlorine that triggered lots of dryness and pain in the eyes, we went to seek help in the pharmacy in the block and they said a few people have had those problems from that pool, we did let management know

“Highly recommend this hotel for the price.”
+The room was great, clean , comfy beds. Easy location next to the light rail.
−We were in a room very close to the pool which was great for my son, but that downside was there was quite a lot of noise in the corridor and chlorine smell - but it didnt go inside the room.

“Better to have stayed at home. Thus was just a staycation.”
+Pool
−Advertised as having a sauna, which was incorrect. Wait time at concierge was understaffed. Phone calls from room to concierge were but answered. No streaming services in the room. Restaurant meals were far too expensive. Area had multiple restaurants bars and pubs to eat at.

“Convenient location at a good price.”
+The location was great, central to everything. We arrived and left by coach so it was super-convenient. Also close to the bus and light rail interchange which made travel around the various parts of Canberra easy. I also enjoyed using the pool. A nice place to relax and do a bit of exercise before going back to our room. The bed was large and comfortable.
−The seating was very uncomfortable. The two-seater lounge had one end that you just sunk into as if it had no padding at all. The chair with footstool wasn't particularly comfortable either. We usually sat on the bed, especially in the evenings to watch tv.
