“Good location”
+Location, day staff
−Night staff indifferent, not friendly. Rude bar staff. Friendly helpful cleaners. Had to tape cardboard to door jamb to close the toilet door without loud noise.

“Super!”
+We booked a room with a view of the Parliament, and our room was on the second floor! The view was absolutely spectacular! At first, I was a little disappointed that we weren’t on a higher floor, but as soon as I saw the room, I realized that this was actually the best floor for such an amazing view. The room was clean, all the toiletries were provided, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent! I’m absolutely delighted that I chose this hotel!
−There was no way to leave the window open for ventilation.

“Excellent views of the beautiful Parliament Building.”
+The location and the view of the Parliament building was excellent. My room was large enough with separate bathroom and separate toilet . Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes. Trams and the Metro were about 250 metre walk away. I would advise paying more ford the rooms that have the view.

“Great Find in Buda”
+Novotel Budapest was a great find for our Budapest stay, and we absolutely loved our 4-night stay here. The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, which made it a great choice for a longer stay. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the beautifully lit Parliament from the hotel lobby. We could enjoy the view late into the evening, and seeing the Parliament illuminated until around 11 PM was truly special. The front desk staff were polite, helpful and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. The location was another big advantage, the hotel is very close to both the metro and tram stations, making it extremely convenient to explore Budapest. Located on the Buda side of Budapest, the hotel is particularly convenient for visiting Buda Castle and Fisherman’s Bastion, both of which are quite close. We also loved the colourful and vibrant lobby, which had a really nice atmosphere. Having a SPAR supermarket nearby was another little convenience, especially during a 4-night stay. The surrounding area felt safe and pleasant, and overall, the combination of spacious rooms, convenient location, lovely views and helpful staff made this a hotel we would happily recomme
