“Clean and comfortable”
+The place was clean and very comfortable. Location was great. Close to the train station. Check in and check out were very easy and Angelo was very helpful.

“Modern accommodation, clean, helpful hosts.”
+Excellent modern accommodation internally. Nothing was too much trouble and the hosts were excellent at communicating via whats app. The room catered to all our needs as a family of 4. Little touches were great such as toiletries, personal care kits and sewing kits. Also, lots of power points/charging points for phones and electronics for USB and C cables, which is always a plus! This isn’t a traditional style hotel, it’s in an old building which has been apartments or offices in the past. So if you’re looking for a traditional style, this isn’t for you, it’s more aparthotel. Has been renovated to a very high standard in the past two years and main entrance hall is being renovated at present but the builders don’t start until after 9am. We were able to leave our cases all day with no extra charge, for which we were grateful for. Kitchen area with tables and chairs, larger fridge and microwave if needed. Close to the bus station, termini train station and central food market which was fantastic. I would consider booking again.
−The bed mattresses are super hard, so beware of you aren’t a fan. The only real drawback which can’t be changed, is the area outside is quite intimidating at night. Although I had my husband for safety and once inside the accommodation we felt safe, it may put people off. Also traffic noise is constant even throughout the night despite double glazing.

+It was a lovely room, a good size and very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a kitchenette.
−The area whilst being walking distance to the colosseum and Trevi fountain and close to the train station, hop on hop off bus etc was ok in the daytime but not great to walk in at night. That being said we didn’t feel feel like we were worried at 8:39 in the evening but if you were a single woman, a hotel a bit nearer the cafes an shops part of that area might be better.

“Great place next to train. Glad we booked it! close to plenty of trattorias and safe”
+Location very close to Roma Terminini. Room was very modern with nice bathroom. A/C worked great.
