+It had such nice charm and the staff were so lovely and helpful. It was in a great location, and the room was made up and tidied daily which was such a nice surprise. Even though our room was facing the road it was very quiet 😊 we loved our stay ❤️

“Great location in th historic area, clean, safe with helpful staff.”
+Great safe, location close to Piazza Nuova, the Pantheon, right on the pedestrian street with businesses and a two minute walk to a taxi stand that always had taxis in the morning if needed. Clean spacious room. Irene, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful and gave good directions and tips for the taxi driver when dropping us off. The common kitchen area with a microwave and dishes was a bonus for being able eat some of our meals in the room. Given its age, the building has character.
−Even though we had good directions when we first arrived, it was still a little confusing finding the reception area on the second floor as we missed seeing the old style elevator and think the second floor was actually what we’d consider the third floor. The first thing we saw when entering the building was a broken window in the entrance hallway which didn’t give a positive first impression, but once getting to the reception area and then our room, everything was meticulous and well kept.

“Do not recommend - there are rooms which are not listed on the pictures.”
+Honestly, only the location (right by piazza Navona)
−I was very disappointed with this place. The room they put us in was NOT the room we booked - it's not even on the pictures. It was much uglier and less comfortable than the rooms in the pictures. When I talked to reception about it, they just said it's because the rooms on the 3rd floor are different from the rooms on the 2nd. Also, I showed them the pictures here on booking and they didn't even recognize a few of the pictures that are on the listing. A few of the problems in the room: the bed had a white frame which was very dirty, the AC is really old and suuuuuuper noisy (to the extent it was hard to sleep with the AC on), the lights were all super white (not cozy at all) and one of the lights by the bed didn't even work. Also the light is right behind the TV so you can't watch TV with the lights on. The toilet flush wasn't working properly. There is a small kitchen but also very old and dirty. I do not recommend staying in this place as there are rooms which are not listed on the pictures.

−A televisão poderia ser Smart. Tem muitos canais disponíveis, mas para crianças uma tv smart faz diferença.
