“Wonderful location to regain your peace”
+The staff is responsive and competent in handing all services provided. There was no disruption in comfort.
−I did purchase a bike but the tire went low and I didnt have a pump top refill it. I realized what an opportunity that Nómadas was missing out by not having an amenity (bike rentals for their guests) that would greatly increase the experience.

“Superb”
+The apartment was new and well furnished. there was a kitchen with everything. the location was close to a quit lagoon. The bed was extra large and there was a lot of space.
−The apartment did not have its own lagoon you had to go to another hotel. the shower is outside thats nice but there can be also animals with you.

“loved it!!”
+A very unique spot, like a place in a rainforest . loved the sound of the frogs and birds. Unit was super cool furnishings ,loved the outdoor seating . Quiet . Outside the main centre but a good walk to go there or grocery store . Lovely boutique hotels across the street on the lagoon for dining and beach clubs. Loved being here would come again, we stayed almost 2 weeks. Hosts were great to respond quickly for any requests.
−We had one cleaning in the 12 days with change of towels sheets . One more cleaning and another change of towels in a long stay would be better not necessarily another bed change but towels hard to dry with the humidity out side. We didn't have a broom so couldn't sweep the unit or outside shower. Requires a broom and dustpan. Kitchen super but needs a salad bowl and a few other mid size bowls for salsa and a strainer for spaggetti etc.

“Correct”
+L'appartement est pour 2 personnes, équipé d'un grand lit, la douche est en extérieur non couverte, il y a donc des petits insectes et quand il pleut peut pratique. Nous avons fait Los Rapidos et une excursion en bateau qui finalement aurait pu être faite en kayac.
−Loin de la ville, la route n'est pas plate il fait chaud, la route en vélo est assez fatigante et la location est chère, nous n'avons eu aucune consigne concernant l'accès a la baignade, nous avons du improvisé et nous sommes rendu à l'hôtel BAKAL suite à un commentaire lut sur booking. il n'y a pas grand chose à faire, 3 jours largement suffisant.

“Bacalar”
+Estaba en una parte muy bonita de la laguna, realmente no está frente a la laguna, pero el trato que ha respecto a poder usar las instalaciones del hotel bakal está muy bien, me gustó que nos dejaron ingresar mucho antes y nos cuidaron las maletas, el personal muy amable y puedes usar los kayaks del mismo hotel
−Las camas no me pareció que estuvieran limpias olían a sudor y nunca nos hicieron la habitación en cinco días que estuvimos

−No me gustó por que no ocupe la habitación qué asignaron ya que te la venden como si estuviera frente a la laguna son tres cuartos qué están en otra ubicación todo sucios tan sucios que ni entre pedí mi cancelación en el momento y la srita tania salas me dijo que lo hiciera por medio devla aplicación y no acepto la cancelación es hora que mi dinero no me lo han devuelto empezaré una demanda por fraude ya le pedí a Booking.com que me apoye con esta situación y estoy en espera considero que no debe permitir este tipo de situaciones es la primera ves en mas de 10 años que llevo de usar la plataforma y me pasa esta situación lo he querido arreglar por la vía mas rápida y no me hacen caso ya no importa que tiempo se lleve este tema pondré a nómadas como ejemplo para que no vuelva a suceder creo que bacalar no se merece este tipo de lugares y menos nosotros los turistas iré hablar con el presidente municipal sobre este tema ya que no creo este de acuerdo con este tipo de situaciones No recomiendo nómadas por ningun motivo no se dejen engañar también iré a los medios para exponerlos.

“Fijn appartement”
+Appartement had alles wat je nodig had. Fijne patio waar je altijd in de schaduw kon zitten. Regeling met Casa Bakal is fijn om ook aan het water te kunnen liggen
−Douche had koud water, de kraan in de badkamer deed het niet goed. Ook sluiten de deuren en ramen niet helemaal af, waardoor je kans hebt op beesten en insecten binnen.
