+Olive is extremely attentive and well informed, and can help in planning your day. As far as breakfast is concerned, she is fairly flexible with regard to your request. This makes for a very personalised stay.

+Great breakfast (my friend says, it was the best during our whole trip) incl. fresh fruit, salami, cheese and typical Scottish dish which as served in a breakfast room just for us. Olive was a great host. She was friendly and attentive without ever being intrusive. She provided us with a large thermo flask for tea or coffee for our day trip. She advised to take drinks with us as the island is sparsely populated and there are very few shops or cafés along the way.

“Like staying at your favourite grans house.”
+The location is perfect for walking into town. Olive is a host you rarely experience. She’s so warm and friendly. Couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was superb with plenty of it too. The room was big even had a sofa in it for watching tv. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We slept very well during our stay.

“Lovely warm host, clean and comfortable room, great breakfast!”
+Olive was the sweetest host and made our stay at No. Three a special one! She is so warm and welcoming and it felt as if we were staying with family. She truly has a gift for making guests comfortable and at ease. Her breakfasts were home cooked, bountiful and delicious! The room was well appointed and very clean! It was a perfect location for our sightseeing and very close to Stornoway Harbor.

“Fabulous stay at no. 3”
+We loved everything about our stay at no. 3. Olive, our host, is a most wonderful lady. She looked after us so well, both in terms of the comfort of our room and providing us with a lovely, plentiful breakfast each morning. We enjoyed our morning chats with her, together with the helpful advice she gave us as to where we should concentrate our visit to the Isle of Lewis and Stornoway itself. Should we find ourselves in Stornoway again, we would not hesitate to stay at no. 3 but only if Olive is still there!
