“A great temporary home! ☺️”
+The location is great, especially with a train station nearby and 3 groceries to choose from in the area.
−The bathroom is a bit tight, but workable.

“Recommend ONLY after refurbished and quiet. Ensure you request lower floors if stairs an issue.”
+Superb location, across road from supermarket, loads of food options and 2 min walk to station. Quiet street for high density area. Staff were extremely helpful.
−No warning that undergoing a refurbishment. Nor that the lift only serviced three floors. I was on fourth so struggled up stairs with cases. Bathroom beyond tiny. Knees hit wall if you used toilet if over 180cm in height. Lovely cafe outside if you want a jack hammer for company.

−They had construction happening at 7am. Super annoying to hear drilling at a hotel when we were trying to sleep in. Literally fine aside from this but we should have been told / given a discount.

+Great location, close to the train. A man vomited out the front for 5 minutes on sunday morning while we waited for our uber.
−No hot water, could hardly open the window, walls falling apart, bed wheel broken, tiny room, no views looking at a wall, could hear the lift button being pressed all night, thin walls and doors

“It was a bed to sleep on and nothing more. Totally unsatisfactory.”
+Location was good however parking was a 15 minute walk away.
−The room was on level 4. The lift only went to level 3. Then there was a climb up some very narrow and steep stairs making it difficult even with small travel bag. The room was ok but the bathroom was absolutely terrible. It was the smallest bathroom we have ever experienced in all our travels. The toilet was right in the doorway and it was a squeeze to get to the sink and shower. If anyone was on the toilet no one else could enter the room. It was totally unsatisfactory and questionable whether it was in any way compliant with regulations. Never stay there again.
