“Our stay at Nissa Cave was absolutely magical!”
+Waking up to hot air balloons surrounding the hotel was an unforgettable experience it felt like being in a fairytale! The views are simply incredible, and the atmosphere is so unique and special. The room was comfortable, cozy, and clean,Furkan bey and Nazan Hanum with Toffee were absolutely amazing. Everything made us feel comfortable and at home. If you want to experience the magic of Cappadocia, I highly recommend Nissa Cave. The combination of breathtaking balloon views, a fairytale atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and wonderful hospitality made our stay truly unforgettable! Thank you for everything ❤️

“Nice hotel but...”
+Large room with a good sized bathroom. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Cute dog on the premises!
−Breakfast was from 8.30 - which is late if you're an early riser! Disappointed with the room, as I was given one that had no windows, something I really dislike. When asked to be moved (& why I was put there), I was told I couldn't be moved that day, but if I paid extra I could move the next day. Not happy with that. It is also not especially close to the town centre - not a problem if you have a car, but I think it would be difficult (or time consuming) otherwise.

+Breakfast was good but monotonous
−Its written that hotel is in Goreme. Which is misleading. Its actually in Cavusin

“Overall, a pleasant stay in a clean, cosy, and spacious room, with some room for improvement in breakfast variety and ho”
+The room was clean, cosy, and spacious. I felt comfortable during my two-night stay.
−The breakfast was good, but the variety of food was quite limited. Also, our towels were not changed after the first night.

“Terrible”
−Please be careful when booking. They tried to accommodate me in a room without a window. This was not mentioned in the room description at the time of booking; on the contrary, it even stated that the room had a view from the window. When I pointed out that I could not stay in a room without a window because I have claustrophobia, the hotel owner replied that it was not his problem and asked me to pay an additional 50 euros to provide another room, even though the total booking cost was only 107 euros. When I then asked whether he would provide me with an invoice for this difference so that I could resolve the issue through Booking.com, he refused.
