+We liked the photos upon booking but they are all not the same when my family went there! Very disappointing
−No communication We tried to call ahead of time to confirm and once we had a response, was only told owner was iverseas and thats why they cant answer promptly -- sad to say this is not a good excuse Toilet was FILTHY there were fecal styff and smelled awful Even the pool, it was under maintenance last December and we were not told durung free cancellation time when we asked -- very dodgy!!!@ The people there only said they dont have cleaning materials We had to TRANSFER TO ANOTHER ACCOMODATION!!! We have tried to contact for refund and it has already been 3 months and we cannot contact them again

“Lovely hosts, rustic charm but a bit rough around the edges”
+The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. It was fairly quiet. We appreciated their motorbike rental service. It was great being able to play pool and other games. The WiFi was pretty good. The grounds and accommodation were quite scenic, in a rustic kind of way. It’s quite child friendly. Free coffee and water, plus reasonably priced beers kept us going. It’s easy to get to most of the nearby attractions if you don’t mind driving a scooter.
−Our room got quite dirty easily, especially the shower area. Shower water pressure was very patchy. We had problems with mosquitoes, as one room didn’t have a net, and the net in the other one was quite badly damaged.

−The shared bathrooms/toilets are not always clean. The Booking.com listing advertised a swimming pool and toiletries, but were unavailable. The shower in the shared bathroom/toilets stops working when someone in the other room uses the water.

+Good area. Nice, friendly and helpfull staff.
−Could be a very good place. Nothing like pictures. Everything would be good if they took some time to clean, paint and do basic maintenance. Bed bugs in one of kids beds. Rats in the walls and roof of hours fighting all night.

“Dommage que ce ne soit plus soigné !!”
+Cet établissement est bien situé
−Les logements sont rudimentaires. Les draps étaient propres mais les moustiquaires sur les lits étaient sales. Un filet d’eau pour la douche. Les équipements extérieurs laissent à désirer, chaises en plastiques sales, poubelles non vidées !!
