“A hidden gem”
+We loved the small town feel outside of Rome. The train station was close by and easy to travel to Rome when needed. The restaurants and cafes we ate at was excellent and the entire town was very friendly. We would definitely like to return for a longer visit.

“Perfect location and amazing accommodation!”
+Great location, close to center and train station. Very clean modern room and comfortable bed. Shower and water pressure amazing, also A/C really good and everything was new and hostess very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

“Little gem in Frascati!”
+A real little gem in Frascati. The room is brand new, very well equipped and well decorated (somehow rare in Italy). The arrival is very easy and can be done autonomously (same for the departure). The are coffee at disposal if needed. The breakfast is at little ‘pasticeria’ nearby, which make you feel like a real local. The location is perfect in the center of Frascati. I warmly recommend this place!

“Real gem in the centre of Frascati”
+Located in the centre of Frascati, there are only a few rooms. But they are beautifully and thoughtfully furnished. to 4-star level of detail from the ambient lighting, the reading lamp over each pillow, the power shower, lovely calming décor. A lot of thought has gone into this and it shows. Great value for money and, if you're hungry, the family have a great taverna downstairs. and it's really quiet.

“A very pleasant stay”
+The real plus of this b&b is the room, very new and comfortable, the bathroom and the shower are fantastic. The free cold water in the fridge was very welcome. Air conditioning works fine. The staff is very polite. In general the accommodation is very pleasant. The location is downtown but also close to the train station.
−Breakfast at a nearby bar, 3 min distance, a bit inconvenient in the case of bad weather. The bar is ok. More indications for check-in would be useful. Room at first floor, stairs are a bit steep.

“A clean, welcoming B&B in a great location and a delicious breakfast.”
+The property was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. A fun bonus is the great pizza restaurant right downstairs, which made for a convenient and delicious dinner. For breakfast, I enjoyed heading to Eden Café, just a short walk away, where the food and atmosphere were excellent. This B&B was a perfect home base in Frascati , clean, comfortable, and well-located. I’d happily stay here again!

+It’s very clean, new and nice, they helped us when needed.
−They say the breakfast is included, but it’s actually 5 euro you can spend at a nearby cafe, whilst orange juice is already 4.50 euros. They didn’t tell us about this 5 euro maximum. Furthermore it is a bit pricey for what you get.
