“Not great not terrible”
+Very nice hotel. Convenient position close to the city center. Friendly staff.
−The pillow was dirty. When your pillows reach this state, you do not hide them in cases, you buy new ones. Luckily I had a second pillow, which was clean. The same goes for bedsheets with holes. This is less crucial, but still noticeable. Overall not a catastrophe, but surely makes a bad impression l.

+It is in a central location, but it is noisy.
−There was no air conditioning or fan in the room. It was an attic room, and the temperature inside was 30 degrees. I mentioned this to the staff; they said the air would cool down at night, but it didn't cool down even with the window open. The heat in the room was terrible!

“Sympathisches Hotel zentral in Jena.”
