+The rooms were great but a couple will be more comfortable in a twin room as the double bed is a bit small. Don't expect a view, though.... The proprietor is amazing, as is his food, but please make sure of any meal requests well before arrival. Booking.com seems to think we requested a quiet room, which we didn't, but our message that 2 of us were vegetarian did not get through. We should have checked but the last minute adjustments made by the proprietor/chef (essentially tofu 5 ways) were more than adequate but he would have liked to know in advance !

+This small inn is big on genuine, welcoming hospitality. The meals are generous and delicious and its in a quieter area. All together, a perfect place to stay.

“Great stay with delicious food”
+Meals and location were great! There were self-collection amenities available, bed was also clean and comfortable. Sleepwear, hairdryer, fridge and kettle were provided. We were able to make advanced booking of any extra meals we wanted with the owner. Parking was simple and subsidised for guests. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting.

“Amazing!”
+Chef was amazing! Tried the set meal dinner and it had some local specialties like grilled river fish and tofu skin (yasu). Also he provided food for my young son for free (soup, rice dessert). The breakfast was also a set meal (can choose western or japanese). Dinner requires pre-order. Room was very modern, quiet, clean. Perfect stay! 10 min walk to main Chuzenji Onsen bus stop. And right next to Chuzenji temple.

+推薦給你，奧日光No. 1 Hotel ! 初秋來到奧日光，真是一大享受。沒有楓紅時節的人潮，把安靜留給自己，以此打開秋日美好的序曲，真是太棒了啦！ 在中禅寺温泉巴士總站下車，步行約15-20分就能抵達。也可以轉乘G或U公車，但這是期間限定行駛，所以步行前往還是較為便利。 全程自助入住，輸入店家提供的四位pin 碼就能打開大門與房門，少了管理鑰匙的工作，這想法相當聰明呢。備品就在房外走廊上，請按需求自取。房間溫馨又整潔，我很喜歡牆上的掛勾，小物，衣服，吹風機全部上牆，不用落地，貼心好設計。洗澡也舒服，晚上好安靜，能睡個好覺，感覺真是棒呢！早餐有西式套餐與日式套餐可以選擇，還有一小區自助吧，老闆的手藝好的沒話說。如果可以，請在飯店用晚餐吧！再次證明老闆手藝真是太棒了！ 能在Nikko beans hotel 度過我的奧日光首體驗，我真的真的相當感恩，感謝你們的服務與付出。我們下次見~

“コスパ最高のホテルです。”
+今回で3回目の宿泊です。いつもながらスタッフさんの対応、おいしい食事、部屋の快適さ、良好なロケーション等々、大満足できるホテルでした。少人数のオペレーションはたいへんでしょうが、これからも頑張ってください。
