“Clean, comfortable, safe, delicious food, perfect location.”
+King room with empire view, we had the most comfortable hotel bed we have stayed in to date. The room was bigger than we expected after seeing so many reviews about how tiny they are. Smaller than a normal non-nyc hotel but we had space for 2 adults. The view was perfect. Food was delicious, bartender was phenomenal. Staff was helpful. Safe area, location was perfect for seeing everything we wanted by primarily walking.
−I wish I knew more about the rooftop cinema thing when I checked in.

“I expected the rooms to be somewhat bigger but the staff was extremely helpful and attentive.”
+The attentiveness of the staff, the complementary breakfast and the happy hour.
−The rooms were smaller than what I remember. I missed the division between the bed and the sofa bed. Also, the shower did not warm up in the mornings.

“Fantastic hotel in the heart of New York! An amazing experience, and I would definitely stay here again.”
+Everything was excellent! Great location, beautiful and spacious room with an amazing view. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and exceeded my expectations.
−Nothing at all. Everything was perfect!

“Amazing but lifts let it down.”
+I’ve stayed here a few times and the staff are mainly all lovely.
−The elevator wait time is excessive and although four there only one or two seem to work at any one time making it very uncomfortable trying to get up and down given the number of floors. I’ve stayed in midtown Hilton and they separate the elevators for blocks of floor numbers. Something needs to change here. On the upside we did talk to lots of people whilst waiting.

“Pleasant stay, but overshadowed by a major billing error and poor follow-up afterward.”
+The hotel is well located, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the stay itself was generally pleasant.
−The stay itself was generally fine, but the experience was significantly affected by a major billing error after checkout. Our two rooms had already been prepaid through Booking.com, but the hotel nevertheless charged our personal credit cards. The hotel eventually acknowledged the error and refunded the incorrect charges. However, because the charges and refunds were processed at different exchange rates, I was left with a significant out-of-pocket financial loss. I contacted the hotel several times and spent approximately 2½ hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue. I also contacted hotel management regarding the remaining loss, but I have not received a response. I hope the hotel will still resolve this final part of the issue.

“Overall my wife and I enjoyed our wedding anniversary getaway. The staff and customer service were excellent. The accomm”
+The rooms were a decent size.
−(1) Although cute and trendy. the shower half shower door with shower curtain did not keep the water in the shower. The shower curtain is too porous or short. I had to request three floor mats. (2) No ventilation in the bathroom .

“The stay was very nice for the area.”
+The room was nice and clean.
−I think the size could have been better and they could have charged less for the room.
