+Smoking is prohibited, but neighbours were smoking and smells sneaks onto the room. We had to change our room after a baby fell asleep.

“For the Russian Experience!”
+Most of our trip on the Trans-Siberian Railway we have been staying in western brand hotels. This hotel was a departure and our first notion was that we weren’t going to like it. There is a distinctly different feel to the hotel. But once we got over the fact that it wasn’t a brand hotel, we began to enjoy this site. The room was just as spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had free wifi with the staff’s help. The breakfast buffet was austere by western standards but we found everything we needed. This is definitely a Russian hotel. But we’re traveling in Russia for the experience. There were no compromises to our health, comfort or fun. We’d recommend this place to our friends.

“Clean hotel with spacious rooms”
+Nice and clean hotel with spacious rooms. Bed is comfortable. The bathtub is kinda strange , it’s enormous like a hot tub but it has no curtain, so maybe they don’t shower but only take baths here? Breakfast buffet is pretty good with a nice assortment of pastries, eggs, porridge, and some Russian traditional items. Limited English spoken by hotel staff, but it’s enough to get by. Moderately friendly , which is like gold star service in Russia! Located next door to a strip club, but I never saw any weirdos or shady characters during my stay. Shrug.

“OK hotel”
+Ok for a night but it is a out dated hotel - ok if you want to go back to Russia in the 1980s. The staff were helpful and friendly. The real issue is there are no good hotels in Perm generally
