+The hotel was convenient located near the Giza pyramids and uou can enjoy the review from the roof top. The rooms are beautiful, ours had a stunning bathroom. Housekeeping is excellent.
−The restaurant on the roof was not very well kept or clean (this includes the crockery). The room service was very slow (the bill arrived but not the food. We had to go and check the food and it was only then that they started preparing it). The breakfast buffet was subpar (I particularly did not like that the bread rolls were stale)

+The staff were so lovely during our stay! The view is stunning opposite the pyramids, very surreal to take in from the rooftop (with pool :) !) Best towels I’ve had at a hotel! And freshly made bread and tasty Egyptian & western breaky. Would recommend. Thank you for the ring :)

“Dreadful, dishonest establishment”
+Close to the pyramids, literally nothing else.
−With the low room price, I wasn’t expecting much, apart from a basic, clean room, conveniently located for visiting the Pyramids. The reality was probably the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. We paid for a twin room for three nights knowing we would arrive the morning after the first night. I let the property know in advance, confirming our arrival time, and they said this wouldn’t be a problem and our room would be ready for us on arrival. They still gave away our room, so that on arrival from a short overnight flight, we had to wait over two hours before we were able to check in. Initially we were told our room would be ready in 5-10 minutes, after we pressed for more details having waiting for 20 minutes, they told us it would be „a little longer” and to go for breakfast. There was a limited breakfast selection and no seats available as all the tables were taken, the breakfast area was filled both with current residents and other people whose rooms they had similarly given away. After breakfast, we had to wait a further half hour before being offered a room, and we weren’t even given the room we actually booked, as we took the first room available, desperate for some rest.

+В целом отдыхом в этом отеле остались очень довольны. Главное достоинство , великолепное расположение в Гизе. Во время завтрака на крыше открывается потрясающий вид на пирамиды, который делает каждое утро особенным. До пирамид можно дойти пешком, что очень удобно для туристов. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал. Все сотрудники невероятно доброжелательные, внимательные и всегда готовы пойти навстречу гостям. Любую просьбу стараются выполнить максимально быстро. На завтраке могут приготовить вкусную яичницу или что-то другое по вашему желанию. Чувствуется искреннее желание помочь и сделать отдых комфортным. Также приятно удивили ужины. За дополнительную плату можно очень вкусно поесть прямо в отеле и не искать кафе или рестораны поблизости. Блюда действительно вкусные, порции хорошие, поэтому после насыщенного дня это очень удобный вариант. Рядом с отелем находится супермаркет с недорогими продуктами, есть кафе и всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха.
−Единственный существенный недостаток отеля , это чистота. При этом важно отметить, что проблема не в отношении персонала. Если указать на недостатки уборки или попросить что-то убрать, сотрудники реагируют очень быстро и стараются сразу исправить ситуацию. Видно, что персонал действительно готов помочь и идет навстречу гостям. Однако общее впечатление от отеля всё же создаёт ощущение недостаточного внимания к чистоте. Это заметно не только в номерах, но и в общих зонах. У бассейна часто лежат использованные полотенца, лежаки не всегда своевременно приводятся в порядок, стекла и некоторые поверхности выглядят грязными. Из-за этого складывается впечатление, что системе уборки не хватает регулярности и контроля. Это особенно заметно на фоне всех остальных достоинств отеля: великолепного расположения, потрясающего вида на пирамиды, вкусной еды и замечательного персонала. На наш взгляд, если руководство сможет наладить более качественную и регулярную уборку во всех зонах отеля, то это место станет одним из лучших вариантов для проживания в Гизе и ему действительно будет сложно найти достойных конкурентов.

“had beter gekund voor die prijs”
+Lokatie is super, prachtig uitzicht op de piramides.
−Echter de suite had geen zitkamer het waren twee slaapkamers een gangetje en een glazen badkamer wat natuurlijk niet echt handig is als je bewust twee slaapkamers boekt ivm privacy. vier dagen koud water om onder te douchen was ook niet echt fijn. Het was geen slecht hotel maar had er wel wat meer van verwacht

+die Lage ist Prima mit Blick auf die Pyramiden. die Zimmer sind sauber uns schön. Das Personal freundlich und bemüht. Die Dachterrasse mit Pool ist wirklich empfehlenswert.
−Personal ist in großer Zahl anwesend aber manche Bestellungen bleiben auf der Strecke oder dauern ewig. Etwas einseitig beim Frühstück, da hatte ich mehr erwartet. Etwas mehr Obst zum Beispiel. Sonst OK.

“Prachtig zicht op pyramiden”
+Prachtig uitzicht op de pyramiden. Ze brachten taartjes naar de kamer van mijn dochter omdat ze jarig was. Aan de receptie zijn ze heel vriendelijk en werden we heel goed geholpen met een probleem met onze vliegtickets. Kamers zijn in orde.
−Het eten in het hotel is duur en niet echt lekker. Veel zaken op de kaart hebben ze niet. Het duurde heel lang voor we eten kregen, appetizers samen met hoofdgerecht en ze hadden zelfs iets verkeerd gebracht. Buurt is ook niet echt veilig. Wij hebben er zeker niet rondgelopen. De 2e avond hebben we iets gedronken op het terras om van het uitzicht te genieten, maar dan hebben we online afhaaleten besteld en laten leveren aan het hotel. Was echt lekker dus een aanrader.

+La cosa più bella è la posizione...fare colazione di fronte alle Piramidi è impagabile...la struttura è mediocre ma le camere sono molto ben ristrutturate e spaziose.
−Il servizio del ristorante è imbarazzante...tavole non apparecchiate,bicchieri di plastica che non si staccano uno dall'altro,posate da portata pressoché assenti,personale molto poco professionale...
