“Look forward to returning. A must stay”
+Lovely quiet location in Windsor and with the historical castle a mere short walk away. Handy for a nearby COOP and of course the town of Windsor with shops. The room was very homely, comfortable and exceptionally well kept.
−No reason to dislike anything. The owner was very kind and helpful

“Room had been entered whilst I was out.”
+The receptionist helped me with my suitcase to the room.
−Returning to my room at 11.45pm to discover someone had been in my room. The shower was running hot bathroom completely steamed up and water all over the floor. Thankfully nothing taken as I had left my car keys in the room. However as a lone woman I did not feel safe sleeping there so had to get an Uber to my sisters 15 miles away costing me £39. Returned in the morning to collect my car spoke with reception who said that there were only 2 keys to the room, I had one and the other in safe. I never used the shower so clearly someone went in the room and turned it on very bizarre experience. Do not believe this hotel is safe.

“Good value hotel near Legoland!”
+Clean friendly hotel. We stayed in a family room for 5 (there aren't many of these around!). We usually stay in hostels, this was one level up from that I think, but at hostel prices. The receptionist was very nice.
−There is a cash cost to use the car park.

+Bed was comfortable, bed sheet fresh. There was a kettle.
−Shower didn't work. There was a sign to run the tap to get the shower work but it didn't help. People in other rooms seemed to smoke weed all the time and the strong smell came into my room.

+Nothing stood out
−Tired fittings, dirty walls, smell of smoke in corridors. Lights not working in top corridor. Ill- fitting doors. Price gouge parking. TV in room with flashing red light all night

“Dreadful, I checked out after one night.”
+The hotel is in an adequate position for Windsor not much more to add.
−The room was very small and grubby had only been cleaned around the furniture. There was no light on the bathroom mirror, just a naked fitting. I had very little water so was unable to shower in the morning (apparently they forgot to turn on the pump). Net result, I checked out after one night.
