“Could do better”
+Staff great .. Food great. Bedroom ok . Restaurant nicely decorated.
−Staff great but too few. Food great but waited an hour for it to arrive. Bedroom ok but hairs in the bathroom. Had to leave at 7 but nobody around and had to find light switches. Restaurant nicely decorated but other parts still looking shabby.

“Spacious apartment, in a great location”
+The apartment was really spacious and great value for money. The pub and restaurant did great food. You can tell it’s been newly renovated and that the owner has made a big effort
−There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

“OK but they need to offer social space for guests in the evening.”
+Room was fine, nice breakfast, nice setting and environment
−Bar closed at 8pm and all common areas closed at 9pm. WE managed to negotiate an extension but what are you supposed to do at night? Also they advertised kitchen as closed so we ate elsewhere - it was actually open.
