“Lovely accommodation in a good location”
+Clean, tastefully done, nice quiet location, plenty of parking spaces, easy to access.
−Poor directions - the postcode took me to Willow Farm Blocked sink in the en-suite - water took a long time to drain Fridge not working

“Aside the Barn”
+Lovely property, enjoyed the stay. Was overall a success. Very accommodating host.
−The bedroom was a little tight for space. WiFi is not always very good. Inter-connecting door to the main property needs to be more private and locked from the accommodation side.

+Beautiful location
−No instructions on things like WiFi so had to request info which was hard to do with little signal, had kettle, microwave and fridge. I went to put things in the fridge but it did not smell nice at all and did not appear to be switched on. Sink and worktop with Kettle and tea & coffee but no plug to be able to use the kettle which was very odd. Ended up having to use plug socket next to bedside which was tight for carrying a freshley boiled kettle back to the worktop space to make a drink.

+Fantastic stay in a beautiful home. Sian was so helpful and so thoughtful. I highly recommend to anyone looking for peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings. Would definitely love to go back.

“Big mistake”
+decor was modern Host agreed to provide a 50% refund when Booking.com insisted she do that. Host was polite and offered for us to watch TV in her lounge on 2nd evening. Too little too late.
−host knew there were power outage issues but still accepted the last minute booking; host knew she was out of town and would not be available yet still chose to accept the booking. Host could not be trusted to follow through with what she said she would do. We had no working TV. WIFI was too weak to use or at times totally not working. The bedroom is really the only private area so it's more like a room to let with access to bathroom. There is no chair of any kind, no table of any kind. It is the back entrance hallway to the home that has been converted to a rental space. It is way out on a single lane track. Give this place and this host a miss.
