“A well located easy to get to property, comfortable to check in and check out, undercover secure parking is a drawcard.”
+Location is great. Easy and accessible to Syd Uni which is great because I have family there. Good cafes and restaurants such as Chippendale St and Foveaux St close by. Easy to check in and out without staff. Second time here now.
−Property looks a bit tired especially the bathroom shower floors and kitchen blinds.

−A little ran down

+A bit closer to Central station but there are heaps of other options closer to better transpo and better value for money.
−Its a very rundown property. Sure, a night stay will not be so bad. But I initially booked for a one week stay on a trip to Sydney and I cannot stand it. It is so uncomfortable. You can practically hear the noises from the other guests too and their activities. Its also within the vicinity of questionable characters, so I highly advice guests to be extra careful especially when coming home late. The hotel could do with a 24/7 staff and security for that reason. Families with kids should avoid considering this hotel. The staff that I chatted with were nice and helpful however.

“Good location but rooms rundown.”
+The location was amazing. Down the road from the Seymour Center and close to Redfern station. The guy on front desk was nice and only charged me 2 nights parking instead of 5.
−The room we were in was so run down. Bathroom was terrible. Bed uncomfortable. The bed had a double base with a queen mattress. Not enough blankets on bed. The air con unit was cover in black mould looking substance and patches of dirty stains on roof. The water was all cloudy and we could not drink from it. Had to buy water.

“Felt uncomfortable with how dirty the kitchen was.”
+The staff were very friendly.
−The kitchen cutlery and crockery was filthy. Not washed. The shower was dirty and the washing machine was full of old washing powder. The main light didn’t work.

“While this accommodation could do with a thorough clean and a bit of an update. It was well priced and located and staf”
+Close to public transport. Trains Staff were friendly.
−Bed could do with an update. Kitchen only had 1 pot. Only had one dish cloth which they took when doing room service. Lighting in kitchen was poor.
