“A beautiful property that was incredibly comfortable inconveniently located.”
+The location was brilliant - walking distance to everything. Both rooms were very comfortable and clean.
−We thought the outdoor area on the gravel could perhaps be improved - we thought about using it to have an evening drink but did not want to be looking at a side wall with air-conditioning units on it so perhaps something could be done to make that suave a little more aesthetic & appealing.

“like a high end B&B without the breakfast: lovely furnishings”
+The furnishings are wonderful, you feel like you are staying at a high end B&B without the breakfast. But even so, some coffee and nice snacks are provided. The location right next to Warren St. is ideal. I like how everything is digital: no need to carry around any keys!
−The queen sized bed was OK, but there is actually room for a larger bed in the room we stayed in

“Nice and comfortable”
+Very convenient location. Nice decor. Comfy bed
−Would be nice to have choice of bed pillows - there are only very thick pillows. Weird never interacting with anyone in person

“Cute, comfortable & convenient!”
+Our room was just as I imagined and perfectly located. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE. The shower was also lovely--the tiles felt good on your feet and the water pressure was great and the shower got nice and hot.
−Nothing.

“Comfortable pension in downtown Hudson.”
+Location, nice room confuguration.
−High humidity in room (but during a heat wave). Food prices in Hudson (all restaurants) are extremely high. The town itself is very picturesque and is readily reached by public transport (train, alwo weekday commuter buses from Albany).

+Loved the location, the cleanliness, and the historical vibe of this boutique hotel. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was newly renovated, and the coffee station and snacks were great. Definitely would stay again.
−The street parking was a bit quirky due to nighttime street cleaning, but not a big hassle.

“4 stars but zero service? Disappointing”
+The room is pretty, we'll decorated, and the location is great, right around the corner from Warren Street for all the shops and restaurants.
−First of all, this isn't a inn. There is no innkeeper, no staff on site at all. I'm not sure how Booking determines the category of each property, but this is an unmanned house, where you get a code, help yourself, and if there's a problem there's a phone number to call. No elevator and we had heavy suitcases, so up a lot of stairs we went, we would have expected the option of getting some help from a 4 star property. I would never expect this place to have 4 stars. Crazy. Let's start with the bathroom: it's not a room, so you have to feel pretty comfortable using the toilet in front of your travel companion. There's a folding screen that you can place strategically to avoid direct vision to the toilet, but sound, smells, etc, are really quite present throughout the room. Next, the room was directly under the sloped roof of the house making about 35% of the room in accessibile. Looks pretty, but we bumped our heads many many times. The window blinds are mostly symbolic, not actually keeping out any light, so expect to wake up pretty early. The air conditioner is at the end of the room near the toilet, so in order to keep the beb area cool, you have to freeze on the toilet. Finally,
