“Quiet room with all that I wanted.”
+I was concerned because I was arriving at 1040 but someone in the adjoining cafe greeted and took me to my room, carrying my luggage up 2 flights of Stairs. Breakfast was Excellent.

“Great location and friendly team”
+Excellent location: a 7-minute walk from Syggrou Fix metro station, around 2 km from the Acropolis (very walkable), and located in a peaceful area surrounded by great bars and cafés. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff: they kindly carried our backpacks up the stairs to the second floor (there is no elevator) and easily allowed us to store our luggage after check-out.
−This is mostly a matter of personal preference, as I simply favor the structure and seamless experience of a traditional hotel. We arrived early and exhausted, and while the staff kindly tried their best to accommodate us, we still had to wait until the standard check-in time. Breakfast is served via a menu at an adjacent bistro that is open to the general public; on our second day, the team had to verify again if we were hotel guests, which made the overall flow feel a bit disjointed.

“Greek authentic comfortable stay”
+Calm and close to the acropolis, clean and cost. Great breakfast in the bistro managed by the host. Air conditioning essential with the summer heat. Perfect shower and spacious bathroom.
−There is no lift but the owner brought us the luggages upstairs and is very kind

+Yammy breakfast especially for VG. Great location if youre into a safe and quiet place but in a walking distance from the crowd. The rooms were cosy, pleasant and clean and nice to come back to after a long day outside.

“Perfect for a family in Athens!”
+Great food and breakfast at the Neratzia bar which is next part of the accommodation. Breakfast opens at 8am and a few times we needed to leave before then so they made us up some granola and yoghurt to keep in our room to eat in the morning. The bar was quiet at night which was good too. The Air Conditioning was very effective. It met our needs as a family of four with the kids having a separate room with single beds. There was easy access to the apartment. The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly and able to help with booking a taxi to the port. Great location with easy walking distance to the Acropolis and Plaka and is well connected by bus and train. There was a great bakery across the road too.
−The wifi was non existent, however internet didn't seem to be great in lots of places in Athens when paying for things. We didn't get the full benefit of the breakfast due to its late opening (8am), though they were very accommodating when we asked for it. There are stairs (no lift) to the apartment which might be a problem for some people.

“Lovely stylish family accommodation”
+We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was perfect for two adults and two teenagers. The accommodation was lovely, very comfortable and well presented with everything we needed. The breakfast was served in the cafe downstairs which was delicious and very substantial - we didn’t need to eat all day afterwards.

“Idéal pour un séjour à Athènes”
+Nous avons séjourné au Neratzia Rooms du 9 au 13 octobre dernier. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement. On nous a offert d'entreposer nos bagages le temps que la chambre soit disponible, ce qui nous a permis de débuter notre visite d'Athènes plus tôt que prévu. À notre retour, nos bagages avaient déjà été monté à notre chambre. Nous n'avons que de bons commentaires à faire sur l'établissement. La location est idéal, près des sites intéressants à visiter mais située dans un quartier tranquille entouré de cafés, restaurants, boulangeries, etc. et à quelques pas de deux buanderies, ce qui est utile parfois en voyage. La chambre était propre, le lit confortable et chaque matin nous avions droit a un délicieux déjeuner servi au bistro Neratzia. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Athènes et le Neratzia Rooms y a grandement contribué. Je le recommande fortement.
