+Really nice rooms with air conditioning! Very quiet, good sound proofing. Good lounge area. We arrived late but messaged and got access via a key box. They also let us leave our bag after checkout so we could explore naples freely before getting our train.

“This is not a hotel, but a few rooms of an apartment building located in a very bad environment.”
+The room is renovated and clean
−We did not see any employees at any moment during our stay, only the receptionist who just welcomed us and was brutally confrontational and aggressive. Considering that he was never at his workplace, we were annoyed 10 days before we arrived when exactly we would be at the hotel. The hotel is located not far from the strict city center, but the surroundings are awful.

“Thari was essential to providing a positive experience. Room was very nice and soundproof.”
+Best thing about it was Thari who was multi-lingual. I believe he is the hotel manager. After 3 weeks at beautiful 4 star hotels in Italy i never met anyone as dedicated to customer service as he.
−The location was ideal for taking the fast ferry to capri. Luckily we arranged to have Thari drive us from train to property or we would not have entered the building because the outside looked terrible. Neocore has one part of the second story with rooms safely tucked away.

“Surprising quiet and delightful stay”
+The staff was so friendly and helpful. They helped us have an early check in time and leave our bags with them after we checked out. The room was clean and it was very quiet to our surprise. The location was also great. Easy to walk anywhere

+Not a great part of town. Barely any services and no amenities in the room. It was clean and new but i would trade

“Geldabzocke!”
