“Very disappointing”
+The place was clean. Room was as the picture.
−No signage at the gate. Intercom mounted by the gate requires one to get out of the car. When arriving at night that does not feel safe. No front desk or reception to assist after check in. Only number working goes unanswered and whatsapp messages not answered. Had to walk around calling for someone to give me the Wi-Fi password. It needs to be provide when checking in or clearly paste inside the room. My car was blocked in by another and I had to go to a race very early. The driver had to be fetched from his room. When leaving I could not find the supposed caretaker to open gate. Had to use room keys and throw them back in by the gate. Basically they have a lot to learn about the hospitality industry and customer care.

+This time I got the room I requested online
−The room was poorly ventilated. Even the aircon wasn't giving a cooling effect... Pool floor was dirty, though the temperature was nice & cool... The WiFi connection is poor. Daily buffering even when connected to the TV alone
