“We would go back in a heartbeat - absolutely 💯 recommend!!!!!!”
+My husband and I had the most incredible stay with Luca at Nel Verde. We were his guests for a week. The apartment is incredibly clean, stylish, and well-appointed. No separate kitchen, but a mini fridge and snacking necessities (plates, cups, etc) were all we needed. Luca made us breakfast every morning - he was readily reachable on Whatsapp, and whether it was 9am or noon, he so joyfully offered us the most delicious local pastries, focaccia, fresh fruit, and cappuccino. What a way to start the morning! The garden behind the apartment is absolutely gorgeous and we spent many blissful hours reading, enjoying the sun and shade, and wonderful smells from all the aromatic plants. The ducks next door are adorable. The view is blissful and romantic. Being able to step from the bedroom to garden was a luxury. The garden is not 100% private, but in the entire week we were there, only once did new guests pass through for check-in. Everyone is extremely friendly and respectful. The multiple layers of privacy: external blackout shutters, interior glass windows, and light gauze curtains, was so well- thought out to give exactly the amount of fresh air, privacy, sleeping comfort, and temperat

+Luca was an amazing host. He sent a message upfront to inform us about Some practicalities en welcommed us personally. The breakfast was fresh with fruit and sweets from the bakery. He informed us about things to do nearby and when we asked for some advise for take out he surprised us even more! He went to a restaurant himself, with his own boxes to take out food, because the restaurant didn’t do take out. We certainly recommend this stay

+Nel Verde B&B was great. Luca was amazing!!!! He drove us to the train station to save us looking for parking, gave great recommendations for restaurants, very accommodating with time for breakfast and any other request. Communication was very easy via WhatsApp. The room was very large and comfort and it was great to sit outside and relax when we came back in the afternoon/evening Breakfast included very fresh pastries and fruits
−There is another unit in the property, and the path to the other unit is via the balcony and just near the large doors going out from our unit, so privacy can be impacted

“Best place to feel Rapallo like your second home”
+It is one of the best places to stay in my life. At first - it feels like you came to guest to friends house, so you can relax and feel like home, second - in real life everything looks better than at photos. Third - owner of the house! He made our honeymoon at Rapallo even better as we could expect 💚 the bed was very comfortable - we got good sleep after many kilometres of walking by the seaside

+Host was very friendly and showed us even a little bit around Rapallo (some hidden gems) and told us about the history. We got everything we needed from this place and really recommend. Car parking was perfect.
