“Super friendly staff”
+The ryokan is in a beautiful setting on top of a hill only 5 mn walk away from Arima Onsen center. The Onsen inside the ryokan have the golden water - same as the Kisen spring in town. The rooms are spacious with a big window giving on the trees. The staff is absolutely adorable and very kind.
−For a 4 stars establishment I was surprised by how neglected some aspects were : teared and taped paper window, moldy ceiling in the private Onsen, stained carpets in the corridors. Nothing awful but it’s not okay for a 4 stars ryokan.

“A gorgeous location in a wonderful onsen town with a lovely team taking care of us!”
+The team were incredibly helpful, quietly efficient and utterly charming. The rooms were both traditional tatami style or western beds - both very comfortable and spacious - with a picture window overlooking the town or hills. Amenities in the rooms were very thoughtful, the food was absolutely incredible but the highlight was definitely the selection of mens, ladies and private baths - just wonderful!

+Впервые останавливались в рекане, опыт прекрасный, дают юкаты, проводят полноценную экскурсию по отелю, чтобы понимать где и что находится, 2 онсена мужской и женский, достаточно чистые, но на улице по краю онсена бегают тараканы. Понимаю, что это природа, но я их боюсь. Завтрак и ужин достаточно объемные, в силу особенностей кухни съели не совсем все, но достаточно колоритно и вкусно в целом В комнате с собственной ванной в виде онсена было прекрасно!

+Les bains bien sûr, l’espace dans la chambre, le confort des lits, la beauté des lumières et l’espace collectif cafe-bibliothèque. L’accueil et l’amabilité du personnel aussi, l’aide pour le transfert des bagages, la navette gratuite et l’espace fumeur dehors en retrait et les tenues d’intérieur.
−Même s’il est très beau, certains espaces collectifs sont vieillis et anciens (moquettes dans les couloirs notamment tachées et usagées). Il faut aussi avoir vraiment envie de rallier ce village car les transports en communs sont compliqués et longs.
