+The bed was comfortable, the room was acceptably spacious. Check in was fine, the place is a little hard to find.
−The water would only get to lukewarm, and I like to take a hot shower. The room could definitely use a chair of any type. Some spots in the room need paint.

“Great location and helpful host!”
+Great location and only 25 min away by walking from Central Station. We check in very late and the host helped us with the process. The host is very communicative and always there to help.
−The bathroom needs more improvment (cleaning)and smell.

+Bathroom was very modern and stylish. Staff were helpful and easy to contact when needing information or assistance. Room was cleaned everyday. Staff were polite and never denied any request. Wash pressure and temperature was never an issue. No issues with noise. Staff allowed for room to be kept for another 2 hours before checkout. Free water was given and put in to the mini bar daily. Fresh linen also given daily if requested. We checked in late at night but this was no trouble for the staff. We were promptly given door access codes and Wi-Fi password on request. Staff were able to advise of local points of interest as well as advise the best transport route. We were in constant contact each day through WhatsApp which was very convenient.
−Room could use a fresh coat of paint, some marks and smudges on walls. Beds could’ve have been cleaned better, hairs on bottom sheet likely left from previous guests and yellow stain also found however rest of cleaning was to a very high standard. Breakfast was served at a café across two busy roads. You had to present a card from the hotel each day you went for breakfast. This only consisted of one pastry (usually either a chocolate or marmalade croissant) and a drink, either water or coffee. There was not much choice for breakfast and when we tried to order omelettes, we were advised this was not possible.

Esperienza assolutamente positiva!
