+Humble but very decent. The communication before arrival was excellent and the instruction for accessing the room were impeccable. The room itself was modest but spacious and clean. The a/c worked very well. The location was superb

+The host was very flexible, accommodating, very clear instructions plus the video was very useful. The apartment was also very clean, AC, smart tv, great shower/bathroom system, comfy bed. It is very secure with several entry codes into the building and apartment. Great location near shops and the Naples central train station. Thumbs up!
−Nothing specific to add. All great.

+The property was centrally located. They had tea bags, but no way to make hot water. We both had colds and there was no tissue and only one and a half rolls of toilet paper for 4 days and we never saw anyone to ask for more. We had 2 vouchers for coffee down the road and the man had taken both of our vouchers and said we could come back the next day which we couldn’t as we had a tour booked. When we went the next day he wouldn’t honour the voucher we had given him the first time we went… Disappointing 😩😩

Super recomendo!

+Overall our stay was very good! We added a fourth person to our booking at the last minute and we were accommodated with no issues. We arrived a few hours late to check in but were still met by a staff to help us into the building and our room. Whenever we needed anything or had a question, we were assisted briefly and as best as possible. We would totally stay here again. Thank you for being responsive, friendly and accommodating!!!
