“Absolutely shocking service will definitely not ever go back there again.”
+We paid for the breakfast and when we got there we were told payment was not made. Showed them the proof of payment and they made breakfast but so LITTLE people did not get enough. Shocking service.
−It was so hot and the aircons were not working and was told they are saving on electricity.

“I will not book with Ndlovu lodge again”
+The location would have been perfect if I stayed.
−There was not trained person to check me in. No drinks (even water) in my room or available on the premises. I then had to search for assistance, the same person then brought me 6 waterbottels to stack in my room. I found alternative accommodation and moved out.

“It was comfortable but I don't think it was worth the money.”
+We had an omelet and that was all that was on the plate, no garnish - a little bit more effort should be made. Coffee was great and service was great.
−No variety was offered for breakfast. No yogurt, no juice and plastic spoons. Did not feel like luxury. For R90 - not worth it. If you offer breakfast - at least make an effort.
