+Excellent value for money. The apartment is clean and quiet. Two separate rooms, the small kitchen is in one of them. Quite good beds, new good bed linen and towels. The owner Sofia is polite, she lives nearby and quickly answers questions. I highly recommend this apartment.

“Very comfortable apartment at a convenient price”
+Very good value for money, this was a cheap option for a week-long stay for two people. We were impressed by the level of cleanliness and good position of the apartment (close to supermarkets, cafes, the main street, etc). The owner is very kind and lives on the same floor.
−No AC in the main bedroom Broken window in the hallway (though the owner promised it'd get fixed soon) No Netflix/just local TV

“Good place for an economic stay”
+We took the two bedroom apartment, it has a shared bathroom. One room has AC and the other has no AC. The location is maybe 300metres uphill from Rustaveli avenue. The place is calm and quiet. It is decently neat as well. The host is pleasant and helpful.
−Nothing as such, there was no AC in one bed room

“A nice place to stay in the center of Tbilisi”
+The property was located in the very city center but on a quiet street. The rooms were tidy. The bathroom was clean, the water pressure was also good. The kitchen had all the supplies necessary, and the hostess even put two welcoming water bottles on the table. Thank you, Sofia, for your hospitality.
